If this is something you would like to amend, then...

I'm not entirely sure bringing a forest spirit to your castle and then banging him is an effective way to stay in good graces with your people, probably.

I have done worse things.

[ leading him up to the castle, and then inside, and there's a great foyer and tapestries and elegant hallways and the like. he leads him into a large room with chairs and couches, obviously intended to be a waiting area of some sort. ]

As a nature spirit, you doubtless have access to a vast array of abilities. Would you mind telling me about them?

I suppose you could call it a simple curiosity. More than that... I may have need of you. Whether or not you choose to accept it entirely up to you, of course.

All right. Just keep in mind that some of my abilities aren't exactly typical of my kind, and I'm stronger than most.

I can heal at expense of my own energy and fly and generate weapons from myself. Also shapeshift, though I mostly stick to this form. It's most comfortable.

Past that I'm a good staff fighter, and fast.

Is it easy for you to become corrupted? If you say you are stronger than most, then if you should become ensnared by the forces seeking to destroy the forest, it will be rather troublesome for everyone involved.

If you mean by dark magic or miasma, yeah. It's happened before.

S'fine. Apparently something about me makes gods pretty interested with throwing me at their causes, so I got plucked from death that way a time or two.

I can only imagine how frustrating that must have been. Being someone's puppet is no way to live.
